How To Make Thousand Island Sauce


Salad is always presented to suit any mood. Can be used for side dishes, but can also as an appetizer or closing. Beside rich in fiber and vitamins, making it very easy. Dressing or sauce can be purchased in stores in the form of ready-made. Sure does not hurt you to try making your own sauce. How do I make it:

Thousand Island
Ingredients :
100 cc mayonnaise (Read how to make it here)
1 / 4 teaspoon mustard
3 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 tablespoon onion, sliced fine
1 / 4 tsp vinegar
1 tsp powdered sugar
1 / 4 tsp salt
1 / 8 teaspoon pepper

How to make:
Mix all sauce ingredients, stirring until blended. then enter in a sealed bottle. Then put it in the refrigerator.
For : 300 cc

Hollandaise sauce
Ingredients:
150 grams of butter
4 egg yolks
2 tablespoons water
1 tsp lemon juice
1 / 4 tsp salt
1 / 4 teaspoon pepper
1 tsp powdered sugar

How to make:
1. Melt butter, when foamy, discard foam
2. Mix the egg yolks with water, mix well using a whisk (shaker instrument). Then cook in a way steamed over low heat once. Stir not until bergerindil.
3. Slowly insert the melted butter in egg yolks, and stir until smooth, remove from heat.
4. Add the lemon juice, salt, pepper, and powdered sugar, stir, strain.
For : 200 cc
