Thousand Island
Ingredients :
100 cc mayonnaise (Read how to make it here)
1 / 4 teaspoon mustard
3 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 tablespoon onion, sliced fine
1 / 4 tsp vinegar
1 tsp powdered sugar
1 / 4 tsp salt
1 / 8 teaspoon pepper
How to make:
Mix all sauce ingredients, stirring until blended. then enter in a sealed bottle. Then put it in the refrigerator.
For : 300 cc
Hollandaise sauce
Ingredients:
150 grams of butter
4 egg yolks
2 tablespoons water
1 tsp lemon juice
1 / 4 tsp salt
1 / 4 teaspoon pepper
1 tsp powdered sugar
How to make:
1. Melt butter, when foamy, discard foam
2. Mix the egg yolks with water, mix well using a whisk (shaker instrument). Then cook in a way steamed over low heat once. Stir not until bergerindil.
3. Slowly insert the melted butter in egg yolks, and stir until smooth, remove from heat.
4. Add the lemon juice, salt, pepper, and powdered sugar, stir, strain.
For : 200 cc
Note:
Hollandaise sauce is one of the five main sauces in French cuisine. Usually used in breakfast dishes eggs Benedict, or poured on steamed vegetables like asparagus.
