Meat Burger Sunny Side Up Eggs

Ingredients :
300 grams of minced beef
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt
1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
1 / 4 nutmeg, grated
2 tablespoons soy sauce flavored
1 egg
2 tablespoons bread crumbs
2 tablespoons margarine

sauce:
1 tablespoon margarine
1 onion, sliced
1 tbsp plain flour
500 ml of water
8 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
1 tbsp tomato sauce

How to make:
1. Mix the minced beef with onions, salt, pepper and grated nutmeg, then stir well. Add the eggs and bread crumbs, stir well, separate the dough into 4 parts, form a round and flatten for burger buns.
2. Sauce: Heat butter, saute the onion until wilted, put flour, then stir well. Add water, soy sauce, ketchup, nutmeg, salt, and pepper, then stir well, cook until thickened.
3. Heat the margarine, fry the meat until lightly browned.
